Dromore event hailed success

A recent funding workshop in Dromore Town Hall reportedly saw a good turnout of representatives from local community groups and businesses.

The event was the latest in MEP Diane Dodds’ series of regional workshops.

Lagan Valley MLA Brenda Hale said afterwards: “I was delighted to welcome Diane to Dromore.

“It was great to see representation from local groups in Dromore, Kinallen, Carnew and the Lisburn area in attendance. This event was extremely useful and hopefully will help equip local groups and businesses with additional knowledge to help them consider the full range of funding options.

“Statutory agencies were in attendance with representatives from ‘SOAR’ and ‘SEUPB’ giving presentations.
