Dromore homeowners asked for nominations

The competition, run by paint manufacturer, Dulux Trade, is asking residents to put forward painters and decorators who excel in their profession, giving a perfect balance of expert advice, quality work and gold standard service by visiting www.ultimateprofessionals.co.uk.

To help householders recognise these star decorators, Dulux Trade conducted a nationwide survey of homeownersto find out the top traits when it comes to choosing a decorator. Trustworthiness, feeling comfortable with the decorator in their home, and having respect for the customer’s house and property came out on top amongst homeowners.

More than 80 per cent said these were the main factors when choosing a painter.

Attention to detail and sticking to the original quote also made the top five factors customers look for in their ideal professional.

“Being a great decorator is about so much more than putting paint on a wall, but you really don’t have to look far to find fantastic painters who go above and beyond every day,” said Samantha Balloch, Marketing Manager at Dulux Trade.

“We want to honour these experts who not only complete the task at hand, but build excellent relationships with their customers, and earn their trust.

“We’re sure there are lots of decorators in Dromore who well and truly fit the bill, so we’re urging homeowners to put them forward.”
