Drove without any insurance
A 24 year old woman was fined £250 last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for driving without insurance on September 4.
Angelika Wierzchowska, William Street, Lurgan, was also banned from driving for three months and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The court heard police saw her driving in Charles Street. They were unable to stop her but 20 minutes later called at her home.
The defendant told police that she had just recently bought the vehicle and had not yet informed her insurance company of the change of vehicle.
