Drove without having insurance

Aislinn Hagan (25), of Boconnell Lane, Lurgan, also received six penalty points and was fined 25 for failing to produce her driving licence.

The court heard that at 2.55am she was stopped while driving on the Portadown Road, Lurgan. It was her father’s car she was driving.

A solicitor for the defendant said she had her own car which was insured.

He explained that on this occasion some friends had been at the family home and she was asked to leave them home so she took her father’s car.
