Drug offences: Returned for trial
A 28-year-old man is to stand trial at Londonderry Crown Court accused of drugs offences.
Jason Paul Villa, with an address in Luton, Bedfordshire, is charged with being concerned in an offer to supply MDMA and cannabis and a charge of simple possession of cannabis.
The offences were allegedly committed between October 2014 and February 2015.
Villa declined to say anything in answer to the charges or to call any evidence on his own behalf.
The 28-year-old was released on continuing bail to appear in court again for arraignment on May 19.
