Drug seizures following Limavady raids

Eight houses were searched during the operation and six people were arrested.

A quantity of suspected Mephedrone and cannabis, at an estimated value of £2,000, were seized and sent for forensic examination.

A 32 yr-old male and a 21 yr-old female have been charged with possession of drugs and possession with intent to supply. They are both due to appear at Londonderry Magistrates Court this morning.

The four other people arrested have been released on bail pending further police enquiries.
