Drugs arrest in Coleraine
Coleraine police arrested a 22 year old man on suspicion of possession a class B drugs with intent to supply after stopping a car on the Newbridge Road, Coleraine in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Chief Inspector Catherine Magee said: “Police officers stopped the car as part of a routine patrol and noticed a smell of cannabis inside. The car was searched and a considerable quantity of herbal cannabis was found.
“The drugs were seized and the man taken into custody for questioning.”
