Drugs charges against defendant

A 22-year-old man has been returned for trial on a series of alleged drugs offences.

Harley Dennison, Leamount Park, Banbridge, appeared last Thursday at Newry courthouse.

He is charged on November 15, 2013, he was in possession of a class B drug, cannabis, and a class C drug, Methandienon, with intent to supply.

Dennison is also accused of the unlawful possession of cannabis, Diazepam and Temezepam and possession of a firework without a licence.

He was remanded on his own bail of £750 to appear for arraignment at Newry Crown Court on October 6.
