Drumbeg man appointed

Mr O’Hara is Director – People Strategies with the Local Government Staff Commission for Northern Ireland. He previously worked for the NI Housing Executive in a senior HR role.

Mr O’Hara was Non-Executive Director of the former Sperrin Lakeland HSS Trust. He has been a serving member of the South Eastern HSC Trust since its establishment on April 1, 2007.

Mr O’Hara has considerable substantial experience of Human Resource management at strategic and operational levels.

He has also had lead roles in managing organisational change and service improvements. Mr O’Hara holds no other public appointments and has not engaged in any political activity in the last five years.

The appointments of all non-executive directors of the health and social care trusts carry a time commitment of one day per week and attract an annual remuneration of £7,960.
