MLA George Robinson said: “I welcome the fact that the Minister saw for himself that empty and vandalised properties in the town have been returned to the housing stock, and the great work that the community groups are still doing to help improve areas of the town.

“Alderman Alan Robinson and I took the opportunity to highlight the fact that work still needs to be funded.

“We are confident that our continued lobbying is being heard loud and clear.

“Both of us realise that the budget is not available for all the desires that there are, but we will both be ensuring that Limavady’s needs are kept to the forefront.”
