Dungannon company fined £20k for planning offence
A Dungannon company has been fined £20,000 for failing to comply with a DOE planning enforcement notice.
Glenfort Timber Engineering Ltd who operate out of a site at 36 Rossmore Road Dungannon, was fined £20,000 at Dungannon Magistrates’ Court today (Monday).
The Company was found guilty for non compliance with a DOE Planning Enforcement Notice and was also made to pay £440 in legal costs and £10 court costs.
The enforcement notice required the appellant to cease the use of an agricultural building and yard as a wood products business and remove all equipment and materials from the said premises.
