Dungannon man charged with damaging electronic tag
A 22-year-old man has appeared at East Tyrone Magistrates Court in relation to a charge of criminal damage.
Aidan Dennis Corr from Collowen, Dungannon but currently remanded in custody on separate matters, stands charged with damaging an electronic tag belonging to G4S which was imposed as part of bail terms.
The incident is alleged to have occurred on June 25.
Police under oath confirmed the charge could be connected.
District Judge John Meehan remanded Corr in continuing custody to appear by video-link on August 24.
