Dungannon man denies petrol bomb charges
Stuart Harkness, 25, from Moygashel Park, has been refused bail following a fresh application.
He stands accused of arson endangering life, possession of petrol bombs, and two counts of damage to cars on January 20 and February 3. Mr Craig Patton, defending, stated that his client denies “100%” the January offences.
