Duo on Dungannon assault charges
Two men have appeared in court charged with an assault on a Dungannon man.
Eoghan McKillion, 36, from Killyman Road, and Pearse Brendan McKillion, 34, from Lisnahull Road, both stand accused of assaulting a man on July 28th.
A constable from the PSNI told the court that he believed that he could connect the defendant to the charges.
Both cases are adjourned until September 14th.
Mr Blaine Nugent appeared in East Tyrone Magistrate’s Court on Pearse McKillion’s behalf.
