Duo sent for trial on criminal property charges

Sandy Robert Carley (35), of Orkney Drive, and Alistair William Hugh Hamilton (18), of Drumtara, are each accused of possessing criminal property on September 1.

Carley is further charged with concealing criminal property on the same date.

Hamilton also faces two charges of possessing a class B drug, cannabis, and a further count of having a class C drug, diazepam, again on September 1.

The pair were returned for trial, on continuing bail, to Antrim Crown Court, on a date to be fixed, following a preliminary enquiry at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
