DUP welcomes reduced costs
DUP MLA Maurice Devenney has welcomed NIE’s announcement that the cost of electricity is to fall.
“It is good news for farmers and homeowners, but it would have been even better for bill payers if the reduction had taken place prior to the winter. Having seen reductions of up to 40 per cent in oil and solid fuel, this is timely,” he said.
