Early morning attempted knife point robbery

A man is believed to have threatened another person with a small knife, demanding cash in the process.

The man was refused cash and ran off. He is described as around 5’9” in height, medium build and was wearing a black hoodie with the hood pulled up.

He is said to have spoken in a Ballymena accent.

Any witnesses to the incident, or anyone with information is asked to contact police at Ballymena on 0845 600 8000.
