East Antrim residents get discount entry to Dalriada Festival

Mid and East Antrim borough residents can enjoy discounted entry to this weekend's Dalriada Festival at Glenarm Castle with half price tickets now on sale.

The reduced price will see 50 per cent off tickets for Andrew Strong from The Commitments and special guests Bagatelle on Saturday evening July 16.

The same low rate will be available for Rock The Castle, with a selection of tribute artists compered by Johnny Hero on Sunday July 17.

The council’s Operational Committee chairman Alderman John Carson launched the initiative with event organiser Philip Davison and Rita Gibson from the Visitor Information Centre (VIC) at The Braid, Ballymena.

Tickets must be purchased from the VIC, telephone 028 2563 5077.

They can be collected at the VIC or picked up at the venue.
