Eight guns seized, three arrested
Police have arrested three men following a series of searches in the Londonderry area overnight.
A total of eight suspected firearms and other items likely to be of use to terrorists were recovered.
Police conducting the searches came under attack from youths throwing stones and petrol bombs at several of the search locations. The three arrested men were taken to Antrim Serious Crime Suite where they remain helping police with their enquiries.
