Electrical goods and jewellery stolen during burglary

Sometime between 5.30am and 3.10pm thieves gained entry to the property by forcing the front door.

An LG TV, an Apple laptop, Panasonic mini hi-fi system and a man’s watch were taken.

The burglars covered the inside of the property in paint and caused damage to furniture and clothing.

The home owner, who only moved into the property a few months ago, has been left badly shaken by the incident.

Investigating officers have appealed for anyone with information about the break-in to call them at Newtownabbey Station on 101, or to call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
