End of term fun for Beechlawn pupils

BEECHLAWN Reading Centre pupils have just returned from a superb couple of days in the YMCA – Greenhill, Newcastle where they took part in a wide range of activities such as canoeing, zip lining, camp fire cooking, bouldering and some very early morning football games.

The days flew by and all the pupils and staff had a great fun time to end off and celebrate the wonderful time they have spent in Beechlawn this year. Firm friendships have been made as well as immense progress in their literacy skills – reading, writing and spelling along with a vast boost to their self confidence.

Beechlawn School wishes their Primary 7 pupils all the best for their transfer to secondary school where they will continue to flourish.
