Entertaining nightat Exorna meeting
An entertaining and educative question-and-answer session introduced members of Exorna WI to the New Year.
Adding a touch of light-heartedness to a thoroughly enjoyable January meeting was the Panel’s and audience reaction to the questions – “How would you spend a Lottery Jackpot win” and “Your most embarrassing moment.” Birthday Girl was Barbara Martin. “Words of Wisdom” winners were, first and second, Pat Connelly and third, Liz Mullan.
A new member, Beth Williams, was welcomed.
A vote of thanks to the Panel was proposed by Mrs Joan Coulter.
The team to represent Exorna at the WI area quiz will be Beth Williams, Sandra Simpson, Mary McCahon and Sandra Cannon.
