Carrickfergus Museum to be closed for filming work
Carrickfergus Museum has advised visitors that it will be closed for the day on Monday, February 16.
The closure is to facilitate filming work on new pieces for the museum gallery, including the prehistory period and the early medieval period.
Outside of this date, the Museum is open Monday-Saturday, 10am-4pm.
Based at Antrim Street, the Museum hosts artefacts excavated in the town, along with multi-media and audio-visual presentations, material from Mid and East Antrim Council's civic collection, and Carrickfergus-related material on loan from both private and national collections.
