Get involved with BTO’s NI Wild Weekend

There is an opportunity to join the British Trust for Ornithology (BTO) at the wonderful Oxford Island NNR on Saturday 25th June for opportunities to practice wild bird identification, listen to interesting talks and see birds and nests up close at ringing and nest recording demonstrations.

There will also be lots of good food, tea and coffee and it should be a chance to meet like-minded folk at a stunning location.
Stephen Hewitt, BTO Northern Ireland engagement coordinator, said: “Everybody is welcome - you don’t have to be a BTO member or volunteer to attend.
“Booking closes on Wednesday 8th June. To book on and for more details please visit: bit.ly/BTOWildWeekend.”
