Street lighting scheme unveiled
A £75,000 replacement street lighting scheme at Queens Road, Lisburn has been announced by Regional Development Minister Danny Kennedy.
The scheme between Seymour Street and Sloan Street is due to start Tuesday, October 1, and will be fully operational within eight weeks.
The Minister said: “This investment will provide a lighting scheme that complies with current British Standards, improve the structural and electrical stability, improve the quality of lighting and reducelight pollution.”
