Equality Commission approves DHSSPS Equality Scheme

DHSSPS Minister Edwin Poots said: “I welcome the Equality Commission’s approval of the Department’s scheme and the acknowledgement that the scheme complied with the high standards of good practice. This Department is fully committed to effectively fulfilling its Section 75 statutory duties across all its functions through the effective implementation of its Equality Scheme.
