Essential sewer improvement work at Blackcave
NI Water is to continue with essential improvements to the sewerage infrastructure in the Blackcave network in Larne from early September for a period of six weeks.
This includes work on the Upper Cairncastle Road and the Seacourt area. The aim of this work is to improve the existing infrastructure and to reduce the risk of out of sewer flooding.
As with all work of this nature, there will be an element of disruption and traffic management will be in place. Short lane closures with traffic lights will be in place for the duration of the works on the Upper Cairncastle Road.
