Estate agents to become orthodontists

Planners have received a valid application to change the use of the premises at 31 Spencer Road from a class A2 to a class B1 business.

The application is for “internal non structural alterations to accommodate an orthodontic clinic.”

If approved the new clinic will have a waiting area, reception, X-ray room, records room, sterilisation room, office and storage space and treatment area.
