During Monday’s short sitting, Evans only spoke to say his name.

The defendant had been an inpatient at the Knockbracken Hospital in Belfast.

However, he was moved to Magheraberry Prison in December when the Mental Health Order detaining him expired.

Monday’s court heard that the directing officer in the case has outlined that Preliminary Enquiry papers will be ready for mid May.

He will reappear again, via video link on April 20.
