Everglades Hotel receives gong
THE world’s largest travel site, TripAdvisor, has awarded a Certificate of Excellence to the Everglades Hotel in Londonderry for the top ratings it has received from its guests throughout 2011.
Only five per cent of of all businesses listed on the site are Certificate of Excellence award winners and the hotel’s consistent rating of 4.5 stars from guests means that the hotel which is part of the Hastings Group has remained the number one hotel on the site’s popularity index for hotels in Londonderry for well over a year.
General Manager of the hotel, Stephen Redden, is delighted with the recognition. He said: “We always try to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience when they stay at the Everglades Hotel and there is nothing more satisfying than seeing their positive feedback there on the screen in black and white talking about how much they enjoyed their stay.”
