Factory to be turned into offices
A FORMER shirt manufacturing plant in Claudy is subject to a change of use application that will see it transformed into offices.
The application for the former Desmond and Sons factory in the village Main Street is currently with the planners.
The owners have applied to make Internal and external alterations to the existing premises in order to change their use from a factory to offices.
