A Carrick man has been given 140 hours' community service for claiming Jobseeker's Allowance and Housing Benefit totalling £5,006 while failing to declare employment and that he was living with a partner.
Brian Kidd, aged 36, of Victoria Rise, is required to repay any outstanding money.
