Failed to produce insurance in time
A 22-year-old man was fined £75 last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for failing to produce his insurance to police within the required time.
Jakub Kryszak, Gloucester Avenue, Portadown, was also ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The court heard that on September 25 last year a police check on a car at Kitchen hill in Lurgan showed there was no insurance.

Hide AdKryszak said he had a policy and was requested to produce it to police but he did not do so in time. A valid insurance policy was later produced.
Mr Gabriel Ingram, representing the defendant, said his client simply forgot about it.
