Family and friends take a stroll in the park in memory of Judith

The Boreland family celebrate another extremely successful year of fundraising in memory of Judith Gillanders (nee Boreland).

This year a grand total of £5,193 was raised for Cancer Focus Northern Ireland in memory of Judith.

The family organised a second hugely successful Stroll in the Park sponsored walk in Hillsborough Forest Park, which raised an incredible £2,833.

A pub quiz was also held in Dublin, where Judith’s husband Ross and two children George (7) and Ciara (5) live, which raised £2,360.

The Stroll In the Park sponsored walk was a huge success, with huge support from the local community.

This year the walk benefited from the help of the extremely generous local history, cultural and arts society, the Hillsborough Old Guard, who hosted the walk and catered for all those taking part.

The Boreland family are extremely grateful for all the support they received this year in Judith’s memory.
