Family trains over Easter

SPECIAL family trains will operate from Belfast to Londonderry on Easter Monday with on board entertainment for children, Translink advised.

Translink is also advising passengers that a special timetable will operate over the Easter break, May Day Bank Holiday, Monday, May 7 and the Diamond Jubilee, Tuesday, June 5.

NI Railways will be operating a Saturday timetable on Monday, April 9, Tuesday, April 10, Monday, May 7 and Tuesday, June 5.

Ulsterbus services will operate a public holiday service on Easter Monday, April 9, Easter Tuesday, April 10, May Day, Monday, May 7 and Diamond Jubilee, Tuesday, June 5.

NI Railways has also laid on special familty trains for Easter monday althouhg pre-booking is essential for theses services.

To ensure that all passengers enjoy a relaxed and comfortable journey experience, Translink NI Railways are reminding passengers that alcohol is not permitted to be carried or consumed onboard any NI Railways service.

Translink adopt a zero tolerance policy to all antisocial behaviour and appeal to passengers to act responsibly on or around railway property and to adhere to the rail bye-laws relating to alcohol.
