‘Father Dougal’ to take a pint in Cookstown tonight
Watch out Cookstown, ‘Father Dougal’ will be trialing your hospitality tonight - or so says the local comedian sharing a stage with him at the Burnavon tonight.
Cormac ‘Cookie O’Donnell’ who boasts Ardal O’Hanlon among his list of contacts having supported him a hat trick of times, said earlier today he never thought as a teenager that Father Dougal would someday be asking him out for a pint.
“Grew up in my teenage years watching Father Ted,” he said, “and I never ever thought that someday Father Dougal would be asking me to go for a pint.”
