Fibromyalgia group to meet

The guest speakers will be from Arthritis Care Northern Ireland.

They will be talking to the group about how to manage the long-term pain that comes with fibromyalgia. They will also be providing the group with details of the free course they run, covering topics such as how to manage your symptoms, controlling fatigue, healthy eating, physical activity and relaxation.

A spokesperson for Fibromyalgia Support Lisburn said: “It should be a very interesting and relevant talk.” The meeting will begin at 11am and will run until 1pm.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available. There will be a cost of £2 per person to help cover overheads and the room hire. All welcome.
