Patrick McGinnis Director of Braidwater Ltd said: “We would like to thank the Minister for the commitment he has given to ensure Co-Ownership has the fire power to continue to deliver.

“The recent budget commitments to Co-Ownership have certainly had a real effect on house sales at a time when mortgage availability was becoming near impossible due to stringent credit criteria. In particular our starter homes at this development have sold well in the last six months thanks to the Co-Ownership scheme”.
