Fine and points for breaking speed limit
A 26-year-old unemployed Polish man has been fined £60 and given three points on his driving licence at Ballymena Magistrate's Court for speeding.
Last Tuesday’s court sitting, heard that Damian Bogumil Kaczmarek, of Ballymoney Road, was detected driving at 45mph in the 30mph limit at Ballymoney Road on December 1, last year.
