Fine and points for no insurance
A BALLYMENA man has been fined for driving his car without insurance.
Seamus Dobbin (19) of Corkey Road, Cloughmills, Ballymena was charged with driving without insurance on May 30.
A charge for having no licence was withdrawn.
At Antrim Magistrates Court District Judge Robert Alcorn fined Dobbin 100 and imposed three penalty points on his licence.
