Fine and points for woman following smash
Lynsay Taylor (25) of Parklands pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention following the smash which occurred last November on the Curragh Road.
A prosecutor told North Antrim Magistrates Court on Friday that police responded to a report of a three car collision involving Taylor’s Peugeot and two other vehicles.
All the cars sustained varying damage as a result.

A solicitor acting on behalf of Taylor - who was not in court - had been driving to work in Coleraine when the incident happened.
He said the civil servant was stuck behind vehicles travelling at speeds of between 40 and 45mph.
The solicitor said his client checked her mirrors and over her shoulder before attempting to overtake the vehicles in front.

The solicitor said it had been a “momentary blip” in concentration by his client.
District Judge Richard Wilson fined Taylor 150 and endorsed her driving licence with three penalty points.
