Fined £100 for speeding offence
A 21-year-old woman was fined £100 last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court for a speeding offence.
Jessica Catherine Kane, Finnard Road, Rathfriland, was also given three points and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
She was detected travelling at 76mph in a 60mph zone on the A1 near Dromore on September 29 last year.
She did not appear in court but pleaded guilty by letter in which she said she was sorry and was aware of the dangers of speeding.
