Fined for cannabis possession
A Waringstown man was fined £90 last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for possession of cannabis on January 3 this year.
Thirty-nine-year-old George Brady, Cambrai Drive, Waringstown, was also ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The court heard that a search of the defendant’s home uncovered a small amount, valued at £10, in the kitchen and living room.
Brady accepted that it was for his own personal use.
