Fined for shouting

A 28-YEAR-old man who admitted being disorderly on December 12, was fined £150 at Craigavon Magistrates Court on Friday.

He is Damien McEvoy, of Oakdene Park, Bleary.

The court was told that McEvoy had been shouting in Market Street, Lurgan in the early hours of December 12, and defending solicitor, Mr Conor Downey, said his client regretted his behaviour.

Mr Downey said McEvoy had been out with some friends, and when one of them became quite ill, he had been trying to help him.
