Fined for unlawful possession of cannabis

Kyle Keegan, whose address was given as Gilpins Manor, Lurgan, was also ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.

The court heard that on August 7 this year police were called to Lurgan Park because of a disturbance in the area.

They spoke to the defendant and a small amount of cannabis was found on him.

Keegan told the officers it was for his own personal use.

The defendant did not appear personally in court but a barrister entered a plea of guilty on his behalf.
