Firearms are recovered during police search
A NUMBER of guns were discovered by police in Lisburn last week.
They were recovered during a search of the Causeway End Road in the city by officers from the PSNI’s organised crime branch on Thursday.
Army bomb experts and police were at the scene and the road was closed for some time.
Police have said the weapons are not thought to be linked to any terrorist activity.
