The money was raised from last year’s Fit for Life event and the organisers wish to thank everyone who helped to make this contribution to the vital work of the Hospice.
This year’s Fit for Life will be held in St Patrick’s Church Hall, Brook Street, Coleraine on Thursday, May 8, 15 and 29 at 7.15pm.

Due to St Patrick’s Hall being used as a polling station on May 22 the session on that evening will be held at St Malachy’s Church Hall on Nursery Avenue.
Each evening there will be the choice of a one-hour aerobic session with Heather McMullan or a shot or long walk on hopefully a lovely summer’s evening.
This will be followed by a short epilogue along the theme of Fit for Life.

A delicious and healthy supper will be served afterwards with plenty of time to chat.
The cost of each is £3 to cover expenses and also enable the project to continue to support the Hospice.
Fir for Life is open to women of all ages across the community, regardless of race or religion, so do come along, make new friends and hopefully you will go away feeling refreshed and encouraged. Everyone will be made welcome.
