Several prime city centre properties including the Flaming Jacks complex have been advertised for sale by commercial property specialists, O’Connor Kennedy Turtle Kennedy.

‘Progressive House,’ which is located at the southern side or Bishop Street end of The Diamond, and which is currently occupied by Oxfam, Barnardo’s and Austin and Co. Limited., is also up for sale, according to OKT.

Outside Londonderry city centre the company is also handling the sale of the former Claremont Presbyterian Church as well as the former home of the Northlands addiction centre at 40 Northland Road.

The former home of Bookworm and Café Artisan on Bishop Street and the W. Gee’s bar complex across the road are also advertised for sale by OKT.

According to OKT’s property brochures offers of £500,000 are being invited for Flaming Jacks.

The brochure states: “The subject comprises former entertainment complex situated over five levels to include mezzanine and attic. It is currently occupied by Flaming Jacks restaurant trading from ground floor only with upper levels vacant and requiring refurbishment.”

The asking price for ‘Progressive House’ is also being set at £500,000.
