Flute band to dedicate uniform
PRIDE of the Village Stoneyford Flute Band are dedicating their new uniform on Friday, September 28, in Stoneyford Orange Hall.
Rev John Farr will be conducting the dedication at 7pm to be followed by a parade of the village. This coincides with the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Ulster Covenant in Stoneyford Orange Hall by the residents of the area.
A new bass drum will also be presented to the band by Stoneyford Jubilee Committee. Members of the Loyal Orders would be most welcome to attend.
