“As the worlds leading provider of food safety training, we are delighted to be associated with innovative programmes within the Larne Borough Council area and are actively working with both Chain HR and the council to try and develop other key areas that will assist local businesses in becoming more effective, as well as socially, environmentally and economically sustainable.”

Philip Thompson, director of environmental services for Larne Council added: “The training of staff is a key component to ensuring the operation of a safe, hygienic food business. Chekkers Wine Bar is to be congratulated for taking this comprehensive approach.”
